What this policy covers
Everything sold on this site: The Money Rulebook Nobody Handed You, The Credit Rulebook Nobody Handed You, and any workbook published after them. The guarantee is the same for all of them.
The free checklist costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you would like your email address removed from the list it came with, say so and it is removed.
How to request a refund
Email support@penciledinfinance.com from the address you used to buy, or simply reply to your Gumroad receipt. Include your order number if you have it to hand; if you don't, your email address is enough to find the purchase.
You don't need to give a reason, fill in a form, or complete any part of the workbook first. If you bought more than one, say which one, or say all of them.
What happens next
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your email, through Gumroad, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Gumroad sends a confirmation when it goes out.
What happens to your copy
Every workbook sold here is a digital file, so there is nothing to post back and no way to un-download it. Once a refund is issued your licence to use that workbook ends. Please delete the file and stop using the printed worksheets. This runs on the honour system, and that is fine.
After 30 days
Refunds outside the window are not automatic, but email anyway and explain. If something genuinely went wrong — a file that would not open, a duplicate charge, a purchase you did not make — that gets fixed regardless of the date.
Problems that are not refunds
If the file will not download, will not open, or arrived corrupted, email before asking for a refund. That is usually a two-minute fix and you will have a working copy the same day.
Duplicate or unauthorised charges
Refunded in full at any time. No 30-day limit.
What this guarantee does not cover
It covers your purchase. It does not promise a financial result, a credit score, a deletion from a credit report, or an approval from any lender. The workbooks are education, not advice, and what you get out of one depends on your circumstances. See Terms & Disclaimer.
If you are in the EU or UK
Digital content is normally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because these files are delivered immediately on purchase, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends that statutory right. The 30-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous, so it applies to you either way.
Purchases run through Gumroad
Gumroad is the merchant of record for these products and processes the payment and the refund. Gumroad also reserves the right to issue a refund within 90 days at its own discretion. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy.
